Our Team
Kris Durbin
Kris started in the mortgage world back in 2003, after a short stint in the television industry. He helped launch a mortgage company with lifelong friends—a company that still thrives today—before earning his real estate license in 2007 and completing a master’s in Special Education. With years spent selling farm equipment and specializing in land, Kris brought a rare blend of business acumen, street smarts, and country-boy wisdom into the residential market in 2017. One year later, he made a life-altering decision: to never work for another human again. Following his calling to be a Kingdom Builder, he and Jackie liquidated everything and moved to Arizona to start fresh.
Jackie Durbin
Jackie left behind a 19-year teaching career and got licensed in 2019, bringing her natural warmth, discipline, and passion for people to the business full-time. Together, they’ve grown The d Team into a movement—reaching Top 1% status in Arizona in less than three years, and by 2025, recognized among the Top 1% agents nationwide.

It’s a reminder that their business, clients, and culture are part of something far greater than themselves.
